Chitown Mark, a.k.a. Mark Tollaksen, passed away at the end of May. He had a passion for sports and great food shared with friends; however Chitown Mark had a true and deep love of short track racing. His knowledge and love of short track racing led him to hundreds of different tracks and ultimately to a spot as a short racing media personality. Chitown Mark’s presence and keen wit will be missed by his friends and the short track racing community.
